This article is talking about criminals who use illegal guns to committ the crime. After they're caught and put away, the police take their illegal guns and send them to a factory where they're melted down and reproduced into making beneficial things for society (For example: pipes, bars, appliances...etc)

We are allowed to carry guns so i think the government should change the constitution so that criminals and convicted felons can't carry guns so that they cannot hurt people.
